What "class-action settlement" means
Most money that has flowed back to tribal-loan borrowers has come through class-action settlements, not individual suits. Cases against Think Finance, Plain Green and others have cancelled outstanding balances and returned funds; the Hengle litigation over Big Picture and related brands is a leading example.
